| Working experience and occupation | Ms. Chan Tze Xin (“Ms. Chan”) began her career in 2019 as an Audit Junior with Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT (formerly known as Grant Thornton). She was primarily responsible for audit assignments and engagements for public listed companies, private limited companies and multinational corporations across various industries, including participation in Initial Public Offering engagements. She was subsequently promoted to the position of Assistant Manager in August 2023.
In July 2025, Ms. Chan left Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT and joined Mercury Securities Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Accountant in August 2025. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the Group’s finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, group consolidation, treasury management and taxation matters. Ms. Chan was appointed as Financial Controller of the Company with effect from 1 September 2026. |
